Modular building system for main parts of CNC machine tool

This work deals with the design of a new concept of construction of main parts of machine tools. It is based on the essence of the modular building system and the solution is to use of small elements that will make a whole group. The content of the thesis is focused on the creation of the procedure for the first prototype of the kit. Specific machine is then modeled from a solution.

This master thesis deals with designing of modular system for building the main parts of multifunctional machining center of the lathe type with a horizontal axis. Master thesis is divided to several parts. First is done extensive market research and established work solution methodology, then is executed a system analysis and selection of a suitable variant for further processing and subsequently the design is optimized with an overview of materials and static analysis. All parts are properly commented.
Návrh mobilního stavebnicového systému na bázi dřeva pro krizové situace

This thesis describes the design of a mobile wooden build for crisis situations. Crisis situations may be floods, natural disasters, armed conflicts or homelessness. The proposed wooden build should be able to suspend the operation of the destroyed or damaged homes for shorter periods. It is believed that this solution could replace standard housing up to several months. Dřevostavba was designed as a mobile modular, because of operational deployment in given situations. An important element for the design of buildings, especially for concept and layout, the transport, which is limiting in many areas.

As theme of this work was chosen project of the modular system designed for company of the Ing. Luděk Jekl. This work is focused primarily at the constructional solution. In work there are established theoretical way out creations of modular systems. With them are related research solutions of the current modular systems, which are established in next chapter. Next there are stated a possible used materials and total disposition working and functional zones of the modular system, which is necessarily for creating optimal conditions needed for work. Namely it is in terms of anthropometry and ergonomics. At next part of the work there are stated requests from submitter and custom constructional solution of the modular system. Part of the solution constructional drawing, bill of materials and visualization of the proposal. At last there is stated economic evaluation because the price is mostly a primary factor at the decision.
